"Horrible shopping experience. Can't go 5 minutes without being bothered by staff asking if you need help. I'd like to be left to shop in peace and offered help, but not to the level of feeling like I'm being bombarded and harassed. I was attempting to go Chrismas shopping. On top of the swarm of employees that won't give you rrom to breathe or think, I got called "ma'am/lady" by a woman working in the back 4 times. I am a young man and that's very clear. If she wasn't sure she shouldn't have used gendered terminology at all. It was offensive and I took my business elsewhere. Made selections to spend a few hundred dollars but was far too annoyed to check out at that point."
