Even though the store was busy they made sure to check in with me here and there to let me know that they were on it and that everything would be squared away. I could tell as they worked with other customers that they really cared about making sure everything is perfect. "I would give a -5 review if I could. The store manager Amy is unprofessional and rude. I had my engagement ring sent out to be sized and it took 3 weeks for it to come back sized to big. They suggested sending it back to be sized a 1/4 smaller. I was wearing my other ring that is a 5.5 on the same finger and I said why is it bigger if it's supposed to be a 5.5. She said her ring sizer isn't accurate and it's universal. I said why would you use faulty products to size thousands of dollars worth of rings? It shouldn't be something that isn't accurate. She refuses to let me explain my frustration and talked over me. I will be reporting her to customer care. You don't make excuses, you simply apologize and make it right. She told me to take my product and leave. Nasty and unprofessional. She also will keep her job only because she's Dan's sister in law and he works for corporate. Don't work with this store. Go to aurora farms outlet."
