"This was my first experience with this salon and I’m very pleased with them start to finish. I only called for an appointment a day prior and while I thought it might be impossible to get in so quickly they fit me in. I had just a basic pedicure and manicure and the technician who was Danielle did an excellent job. She was engaging in conversation which makes for a pleasant surprise as I’ve found in other salons to be almost nonexistent. I appreciate a technician that wants to get to know the client and I find that promotes loyalty to the tech and the salon. I was also pleased to learn that they have a strict no tip policy. They compensate their employees well and from my standpoint it makes for better business. I’ll be returning and bringing friends as well. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!"
"Had the best experience today at the salon, from the time i got there and was greeted by Melissa, to Alyssa giving me the best full body massage I have ever had. "So glad my wife and I discovered this salon! I moved to the area in 2020 and had a difficult time finding a place just to get a consistent haircut until I first came to Gavin Scott in 2022. Everyone has been pleasant, attentive, and skilled at delivering services that have now included haircuts, facials, and pedicures for both of us. I like that I receive a text message reminder for upcoming appointments and we have always received a friendly greeting upon arrival (thanks, Kelly). Sammie has done a great job making sure my hair looks it’s best and we enjoy treating ourselves to facials and an occasional pedicure with Hannah. There are lots of nail colors to choose from and I highly recommend the Deep Release Pedicure—it’s wonderful! Hannah makes us feel welcome and does a great job! I have always found the salon to be clean and orderly, and unlike other places I’ve been to, I never feel the pressure of an up-sell. Appreciate the full snack jars and complimentary refreshments, which are always offered before services begin. I finally found a place where I’m comfortable and confident that services will be delivered consistently with a smile."
