"Disappointed in this location. Never have my makeup stocked and I'm talking several different items and brands. Out of MAC concealer and don't carry most of their products, same with smashbox, and Urban decay selection. Just to name a few. I've tried multiple times since this is closest to me. I'll find a better location"

"They canceled my piercing appointment 10 minutes before my appointment! I was in the car on the way to the store when they call and texted to canceled! When I called to question why, I was told I could call another store in the area to see if they had appointments. I explained that I was from out of state and asked if they could call for me since it was the stores mistake? I was told no it wasn't their fault it was the truck's fault? When I continued to question why they couldn't call and help, I was hung up on!"

"hi! so as an ex employee of this company, I can say that the staff works extremely hard, and is ran by a very small team doing an obscene amount of work. The general manager currently, Vanessa, is so accommodating and make sure to make every guest who comes in there happy. In response to the woman, Zohdee, who left a deceitful review and complained that I was making fun of her because she was disabled is laughable in of itself. This woman was the nastiest person I have ever encountered. We denied originally because we were told that it was a loss prevention and fire safety issue to have carts in the store, when in actuality this was not true I just had not known at the time. She also did not have a special device usually used with disablement.. she brought in a huge.. TJMAXX shopping cart..into Ulta. Regardless, the disabled woman in question then walked into the store, yelling obscenities and wishing for me to have a disability when I’m older for “laughing” at her, when in fact I was speaking to another customer privately and assumed it was about her. I helped her with her checkout as I was the lead cashier, and saw she had a coupon that really shouldn’t have worked due to the fact she had items that usually aren’t discounted with a coupon, however it worked! Great right? No…. She then questioned my intelligence and that’s when she wished a disability on me. She was the most sad human being I’ve ever seen in my life. What’s laughable is that this woman can threaten and coerce her way into anything she wants as seen by she leaves nothing but 1 star reviews on her google account to EVERY place she’s been too. Zohdee, I’m sorry your life is measured in the harm you do to others, but this is a great store, with great individuals and I will not let you say a blatant lie. I hope you have peace in your life. "So I went in here a year ago and wanted to get my birthday gift, a very small bottle of olaplex treatment. I get to the store and the employee says they are out of it. Says to go to a different store and doesn't offer anything comparable. Then about a week or two ago, I made an online order (hour to close), drove to the store and the same employee from a year ago informs me that they don't do online orders that close to when the store closes. She also said that product isn't even out in the aisle. It is in the back inventory and unloading it would "kill someone". I ask her to show me the aisle with other developer and she seems annoyed. I go look and within 10 seconds see the product I ordered online. I leave the store and the money is refunded to my account. I message corporate. Then get a call from this location from the manager today. She literally just says she will talk to that enployee.... which she had me desrcibe what she looks like. I doubt she even will. I just feel this location is lacking customer service. Like I go in here twice and don't get any help and lied to the second time. Just ridiculous. Neededless to say I wont be back because just wow."

"Large store with a great selection of brands and items available. However, the employees seemed to be bothered and weren’t the friendliest; it may have been because we came in 30 minutes until closing, but the employees seemed to have an attitude and wouldn’t acknowledge or even smile at us. The cashier was at least nicer to us than the floor workers though."
