"I purchased this mattress (king size) on Wed 2/14 and skipped the white glove delivery option because watching videos of unboxing it seemed simple enough. I received my mattress on Sat 2/17. Since most of the negative reviews are in regards to that, I recommend saving your money... get a friend or 2 to do it or help you with it Just ensure that unwrapping and cutting the plastic is done carefully as you do not want to risk cutting the mattress!!!! I've slept on this mattress for 3 nights and love it! Tonight will be my 4th. I read the reviews regarding it being firm so I purchased a nice 4 inch memory foam topper that I haven't even taken out of the box because it's not needed. At least not for me. I don't typically care for a firm mattress. Medium firm is perfect for me. This mattress is between medium firm and firm. But even being a bit more firm than I typically prefer is ok by me as I have serious back issues that cause me severe pain along with arthritis in my back, neck, knees, and other joints. I realize now that my old mattress was causing me chronic pain and also to be chronically fatigued. I am only 53 yrs old but with my old mattress i was waking up feeling 90. So far with my BigFig, I have awaken to significant less pain since sleeping on this mattress improving my quality of life. I cannot say enough about the mattress quality and comfort. 10 out of 10 stars! I highly recommend for those that suffer from chronic pain to try this mattress."

"I was just looking to go to the BF website when I saw these awful reviews and was shocked so here's my review. This is the best, most supportive mattress I've ever had. Yes, sometimes the XPO white glove folks aren't the easiest to work with, as the negative reviews have stated. But giving BF 1 star because of them is ridiculous. It's an incredible mattress and company, and I suggest it to people all the time. It was worth every penny. My back and neck pain vanished. I don't sink into my bed. If I had the need, I'd buy more!"

"I've had a big fig mattress at a different residence and it's great. Ordered another for my own place and have had a terrible time trying to actually get it delivered. Avoid their white glove delivery. It's more of a spiked glove to the face delivery. They partner with RXO/XPO who I've had numerous issues with when I was in the business of logistics. -2 stars for that experience. Get it shipped to you and try to find somebody else to set it up using a service like taskrabbit."

"Ordered a mattress and received an email from XPO Logistics to schedule delivery and set up. I scheduled delivery on a Monday and was provided a window from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. The XPO driver was suppose to call thirty minutes in advance, yet never did. I therefore called four times from 7:30pm until 8:40pm and was provided one unacceptable excuse after another. I never received my order as scheduled and cancelled it the following morning. The lady I spoke with at Big Fig was genuinely apologetic and sincere in her attempts to make this right. However, I was not about to be inconvenienced again. XPO has a horrendous track record and terrible customer service (just look at their reviews). It's unfortunate Big Fig chooses XPO to handle delivery and set up of their product."
