"Worst pharmacy! Chillicothe didn’t have the medication I needed so I called Waverley pharmacy in advance if they had it. They said they did. Drove there, waiting an hr and then they proceeded to tell me I needed to pick my meds up from chillicothe kroger, when I explained I called them, they then told me to wait 20 minutes. After waiting 20 min they told me the system showed they had my medication but they actually didn't end up having it. I drove back home, after a couple of hours I got a call saying they actually did have that medication. Hours of waiting and driving here and there all when I don't feel good at all"

"Worst pharmacy I’ve used. Good pharmacies notify patients when there is an issue with a script, but this one does not. Other Kroger pharmacies do notify patients, so the blame most likely lies with the employees, considering other issues with the employees. When you do have a problem, they fail to fully explain the issue and seem to have no interest in whether a patient can fill their prescription or not. The customer service is poor."

"I had a Rx sent for pick up from ED late last night. I have been up waiting for the pharmacy to open so I can get my medicine so I can breath. They are supposed to open at 9am. It’s almost 930 and they are still closed. I called asking when the walk up will be open, the lady that answered said “as soon as we are ready in here. About 15 min”. I will be taking my business elsewhere now."

"I went into the pharmacy on September 25 2017 and dropped off my prescription and waited 25 minutes to pick it back up. Tell me why they put through to OARS that I did not pick up my prescription until the next day on 26th of September 2017. It was a lie, I have a receipt that shows exactly when I picked it up. Everyone should be careful when trusting Krogers with your presciption. I can't believe that even after signing on the 25th that I picked up and they would say i didn't pick it up until the next day."
