"Google says they close at 8pm. Apparently this CVS runs on their own time because I rolled up at 7:30 and they were closed, or at least closing up. Lights on, one car in the parking lot, but doors wouldn't open."

"Cvs waverly Charlotte Nc the pharmacist was the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever been “helped” by. I came to get my prescription first they told me the doctor never sent it when I called my doctor they said the cvs accepted it over 20 min before I got there then they told me I would have to wait I waited for almost an hour for them to then tell me they don’t have it and then they said they never had the prescription and that I have to find “any other cvs in the world” his words to look for it he was being very rude to me and my teen daughter and I believe it was an act of racism as he would treat every other white customer with a smile and to us it was just slick back hand comment , rude sarcasm, and just start ignorance as he would ignore us and refuse to help It was only once I called my doctor put him on the phone and they said they did send the prescription did he start to “try to “help” cvs don’t need these kind of rude employees especially when someone just wants to get their medication after feeling sick and terrible all day. This is a picture of the employee attached I believe his name was DR. Araon I am not sure as his badge was old and missing some letters"
