"Ashley does a tremendous job managing the Fairlawn, OH store. She is very personable & the store is organized. I drive 25 minutes one way for her to cut my hair - even though there is a Sport Clips 5 minutes from my house. Highly recommend you request her when you sign-in online via the app!"

"I don’t remember the ladies name but she gave me a terrible haircut. I asked for a fade starting out at .5 like I always do. She took the .5 clippers and just shaved the sides of my head. I asked for a hard part also so she barely did it and cut it too high. I also asked for them to texture my hair, she just shortened it instead. Also the “fade” is uneven and one side of my head has longer hair than the other. He post was the back left. I will never come back to this location again. If you don’t know how to fade just say so. I have to live with this ugly haircut for a few weeks now until it grows a little and have an actual stylist cut it."

The only problem is that this isn't her normal location. She was helping out there tonight and has her own location somewhere else.
