"If I could give 0 stars I would. I went and saw Cate a few months back when she had a balayage groupon coupon for $140 balayage and haircut worth of services for $70. I went in showing her I wanted to eventually be purple on my ends but understood it would take more than one visit to get what I wanted (I was a medium brown) I did not want length off my hair at all. I first showed up at the salon for my appointment about 15 minutes early. I waited 40 plus minutes to finally sit in her chair, when I finally sat down, the girl next to me that wasnt finished yet was talking to Cate and thanked her for squeezing her in last minute, while a planned customer that had an appointment had to wait. I was in her chair from 6:40pm to almost midnight. I would have been fine with the squeezed in haircut and the time it took to get done if it actually came out ok. I left with ORANGE hair, I didnt see it until I got home because it was midnight and she must have known how bad it was because she rushed me out and charged me $70 extra (because she needed more product for my hair) got home, looked in the mirror and cried. I've NEVER paid in theory $210 for any color and cut, especially one so unprofessional. Cate runs her own business out of the salon so I called her the next day to get it fixed and came back in and ended up leaving her salon with the same color I started with "medium brown" from 2 days prior. I was so upset after leaving still so I messaged her and she deleted me from instagram and blocked me, stay away!"

"I have been looking for a salon like this for about 12 years.. I've never been able to get my hair color the way I want it until I went to CEO salon. I never have any wait time when I go in for my appointment. My stylist and colorist Mikki is excellent. The salon has the combination of a friendly atmosphere with that professional touch. The location in Fairlawn is very accessible. It's just a great place. I would never go anywhere else."
