Went to 4 different shops and were turned downby all as they were booked and did not take walk in customers. Stumbled across Great Clips walked in and they got us right in. Because of condition he was given a free cut! Kind and welcoming company ❤️"

"Come regularly for my boys since their first haircuts. Great for kids, all the stylists have been great. It is a crazy busy location though. It’s rare the wait time on the weekend is less than 45 min, very often over 90 min. Online check in helps (especially often with kids!) but they do disable if wait times are long. We often find ourselves at the Hawkins location instead where we haven’t waited more than 5 min. Hours have been variable but they are good about updating on Google/Great Clips app. We will keep coming when we can, but hope they can hire more stylists to reduce wait times."

Jennifer did such an amazing job of making him feel comfortable and also worked fast enough so that he didn’t have to sit for very long. His haircut turned out great and I was so impressed with how well he responded to her. She was super patient and kept reassuring him. Thank you so much for making our first visit a great one!
