"Been coming to the owner for my haircut for years, long before he had his own shop. I’ve had my hair cut by each of the current barbers at this shop. You won’t find another more professional establishment and group of gentlemen than this place. I will never go anywhere else. I’m convinced that the one star reviews here are either from someone who’s never been there, or jealous competition."

"This place is awful. They run off all their solid dudes. Their employment practices are sketchy and they up charge for a barber in Akron, OH. "The other day we went into Labelles for my sons haircut. It was brought to our attention Sam was no longer there. My son only wants Sam to cut his hair. We went with someone else. My son was very upset and expressed it to me after we left. The experience just wasn’t the same, we will not be going back."

"I’ve given this place a shot twice and both times now the barber I was with was let go or left bc of drama with owner. I had an appointment scheduled and was not notified my barber was fired. This seems to be an owner problem not a barber problem as the really good barbers keep getting run off. Not to mention now the highest priced cut in town that doesn’t match the quality of service."

"Very unprofessional. My stepson had an appointment and we were not notified it was canceled. Come to find out the barber he was originally scheduled with no longer works at the shop. The owner insisted it would be fine if I just got paired with one of the other barbers. I asked if there was a way to get in touch with the original barber, since that’s who usually cuts his hair, but was told he doesn’t work here and they don’t have any contact info, which I find that hard to believe. After inquiring about the original barber he was scheduled with I Reluctantly decided to let the other barber take the cut. Big mistake. First off the barber Josh who ended up taking the cut smelled strongly of Marijuana not to mention his eyes were glazed over and red. The overall cut wasn’t even and seemed rushed. Anyway we ended up going to BELLS barbershop and got the cut fixed. They were kind enough to do it at no cost. So much for “world class cuts”"
