"I originally reached out to beauty therapy inc back in march 2022 and they were at first wonderful at responding. Fast forward to this year and with my wedding approaching, getting a hold of them was literally impossible. The communication from them was awful. I work as a nurse and had requested to set up my discover call and hair and makeup trial as my work schedule is ever changing. I had given them a date and time and still had to reach out to them the night before to verify if that worked for them. The day of the call they had asked me to change the time which I could not do. They had never followed up with rescheduling my discovery call. After talking with a friend who works in the wedding industry providing the same services, I had ultimately decided to cancel my services with them and requested a refund. I did NOT trust them to respond to me or provide the services as required. After reaching out to them about canceling my services I STILL did not receive a response back. I had tried every avenue emailing, phone calls (where I couldn't even leave a voice message due to the inbox being so full), Instagram messages, you name it, I tried it. The last time I actually had received a response from them even after canceling my services and requesting a refund was in March. I am very disappointed after reading such great reviews and receiving such awful treatment. Planning a wedding is difficult on its, I wouldn't recommend adding the extra stress of working with this company to it."

"Erica, Jolene and everyone associated with Beauty Therapy are beyond amazing. They did my hair and makeup for my wedding, head shots a few years later and again this weekend (even though I was just a guest at a wedding). They also did my cousin's hair and makeup for her wedding after she saw how great they were at mine! I cannot recommend them enough!! Book them for everything! Cut, color, up-dos, makeup - EVERYTHING! You always leave feeling beautiful on the outside but these ladies make you feel beautiful on the inside too! They really connect with you and become friends. Joleane is my go to hair lady and I will never stray. This team listens to your wants. They are honest and will tell you if what you think you want will not look "the same"/good on you. I cannot stress how amazing the team at Beauty Therapy is. This team is just beyond talented and I cannot express how wonderful they are - use them any chance I can and you should too!"

"About a month before my wedding we still hadn't gotten the contract from my original hair and makeup team so my wedding planner connected us with Beauty Therapy and they were able to accommodate me and my bridal party into their schedule. I worked with Christal and Breea and I could honestly not recommend them enough--they were both such a delight to work with and did an AMAZING job on both my hair and makeup. I had vague ideas on what I wanted for both my hairstyle and makeup look and with a few inspirational photos they were able to create the perfect look. Not only did they do such a great job on thee styling but both Christal and Breea were so kinda and friendly and made me feel so comfortable!"
