"No one is training these "young ladies" to keep the place clean and professional. It's really unfortunate. They need a real 2nd shift manager because the one who's there doesn't understand how filth impacts customer experience. I've personally had this exact conversation with her on a previous occasion a couple weeks ago. Today was more of the same excuses. Cleaning is beneath this crew. I was told they'd throw up if they had to clean that place and that they didn't even have cleaning supplies. They got extremely rude with another customer who wasn't as calm about it and said cleaning is not their job. Food is served here. Cleaning is part of the job. They need training or different jobs."

"Stopped by this location and used the restroom. A customer asked if the women’s restroom was clean. I replied it was ok. The lady behind the ice cream counter snapped at him, “I heard you the first time.’ I tried to explain he was talking to me. She was very rude when he asked for a manager. She didn’t have a name tag on. She said the manager was her boss but after more questions said her managers name is Sara. Funny thing is the rude employee was the manager Sara. I heard her tell him he was being confrontational and she didn’t have time for it. Wow. I looked at reviews and seems to be ongoing issue. I guess I see why if the store manager is going to operate in this manner."
