"Pulled up tonight 2/2/24 store closes at 1am, it was 12am when I got here. Both doors are locked and no one behind the registers or to even be seen. Called 3 times to see if they close at 12 now, cause their front door says "open 5am-1am daily" and yet, no answer to the door nor a phone. CRAZY !!"
"Don’t bother going at night they shut everything down hours before they close so they don’t have to be bothered doing the job they’re hired for. If you don’t want to scoop ice cream or make shakes you shouldn’t work at UDF considering that’s what you’re expected to do here. Drive a lil farther to any other location trust me!!!!"
"Why do the employees here have to be so rude and/or act like the customers are bothering them. It practically kills them to respond to you in a regular tone or manner. Forget friendly or courteous, I'd settle for anything that don't feel like theyre gonna make fun of you as you walk out or get beat up in the parking lot! Hate to say it but it's always, and I mean everytime, it's the black ladies there. I avoid going there unless I absolutely have to. Sad."
