"I’m a shopper for a shopper app and this is by far the worst Kroger around for 25 miles. The store employees walk around with EarPods in their ears and act bothered if you need their assistance. The cashiers fight with each other over helping customers when one line is empty. They never have a checkout line open. It’s always self checkout."

"Great selection of produce and, especially, cheeses. Also I always drag my wife by the half-priced baked goods rack in the back left of the store."

"I don’t know why I continue to shop at Kroger … In the last three months there has been at least three occasions during busy hours where not one register is open… I just left at 6:30 PM on Tuesday evening… and the answer I got as to why they weren’t running a register, and everybody was backed up at the self check out was the one person we have to run the register is on break . What a joke…..they could care less..so why should I ?"

"It seems that everytime I come into the store no one is available to help me in the cheese area. For the past 2 months I've visited I've been highly disappointed in their lack of staff. The other day I had to call the manager to get someone to help me in the floral area as well to get balloons for a family member's birthday. I expect better staffing and ability to get help while shopping. 06/13/2023 Update: I've recently visited this location and was happy to find they had cheese cut for almost their entire selection. Not only that, there was someone working in the area and it seemed as if another person was receiving training. This was a very delightful surprise and truly made my shopping experience easy. The staff have been eager to assist me if I am looking for a specific item, even if it's not been restocked quite yet. I can truly say, with these upgrades in staff that I have enjoyed my latest visits and highly recommend this location."
