"Likes to cancel mobile orders for no reason and when you call about it they just say idk what happened and hang up. Like how freaking rude? This is the second time they have messed up and lost me and everyone i know as customers. I’d rather drive all the way to Columbus to get one thing then go here."

"Came in today to get my baby wipes . I use this dg almost daily. Elderly lady at 12:03 Long blind hair , raspyish voice was BEYOND rude . My check for whatever reason loaded late so my card declined . I told her my husband's in the car he'll be right in to pay. She says she can't hold it bc she's got a man in line , that's fine I say he can totally grab another pack and stand in line. This wasn't good enough for her and she gets LOUD and rude.... "I CANT RING HiM UP YouR CARD DECLINED I NOW HAVE TO WAIT ON MY MANAGER .... I tell her I just don't get what u need from me and I walk out ....ew really"

"Awesome little store with a good variety of household necessities that we all need! Plus some we don't! But a variety is always there! Along with good fair prices! You can save a few Dollars here! Check them out and see for your self!"

"Well sadly I can’t really leave a very good review here. I would use this location to drop off packages for FedEx to pick up. I dropped off a few packages on Dec 7th. A couple weeks went by and the tracking number showed it was never picked up. I went into the DG to check on it and they had no idea what happened to it. Of course this was a rather expensive product return and so I called the customer service of the company I was returning the product to, they contacted FedEx and did some investigating and just contacted me today, 3 weeks later and said the item was just picked up this morning on December 28th. I’m sure glad it just “showed up” like that. Perhaps the Grinch took it and then had a change of heart. Oh I’m sure it was all just a mistake and the package was just misplaced. This is of course totally unacceptable. If you can’t trust Dollar General to get the package to FedEx then why is FedEx even in business with Dollar General? If you like taking some major chances and getting your expensive package potentially lost for good, drop it off at your local Dollar General."

"Used to be such a nice store... The last 6 months or so, though, it's turned into a hot mess. Nothing in stock, no employees, the "market" renovation is a joke. They squished all the shelving closer together to fit the produce and fridges and self-checkout registers in, now there isn't even enough room to have 2 carts pass in the aisle. Then, all of a sudden all the employees I knew there were just gone, and they aren't open past 6pm... When I went in today, the line for the one open register was back into the aisles, so I thought I would try the self-checkout... Big mistake. The machine just kept saying it needed an associate, and none were available, so I had to stand around and wait forever. Highly disappointed in the disaster that this store has turned into. Should have just left well enough alone. The "market" part is just a waste of space... The produce is all sad looking at best, and well past it's sell by at worst. I would not recommend this store for much of anything to anyone, unfortunately. A year ago, sure; but, today, not at all."
