"Wonderfully large urban waterfall! I drove over here after I went to Western Falls in Cascade Park and enjoyed the short stairs down to the viewing platform. Odd juxtaposition such a large waterfall right next to a large, old school apartment building."
"Beautiful spot for homecoming and prom pictures. Wedding photos as well. Two lookouts over the falls for congregating and photo taking. The wooden walkway at the top is getting pretty weather worn, but the lower areas are newer composite. Nice spot to relax as well. A few tables at the top."
