"I had received 2 haircuts from Tim & both cuts was great, however on my 3rd appointment in August 2023 I requested no shampoo or product in hair since I had just colored it & it was still damp. The price jumped to $70 for just a trim. Was not informed ahead of time of the price increase. Being upfront & honest with customers is very important. Very disappointed!! My last visit at this salon."
