"Very rude staff except mgr. She is so sweet and goes above and beyond. She tries to have stock out. Helps hold door if you are using a cart etc. The other 2 are unfortunately routinely rude. Too busy chatting with each other than greet customers or hold door or thank customers that return carts to inside store so others don’t ding cars with them. Love the store at Franklin. More stock availability and very kind. They def do not act put out if they have to ring a customer God forbid. Yikes!!"

"It’s always been my favorite one to go to in the area, but lately not so much. Only giving three stars because of some of the staff. I wouldn’t give some of them any. The two younger women who work there are too unprofessional for my taste. The one always looks and acts irritated and can never manage a smile or ‘have a nice day’. Her and some other girl were working the other evening while my daughter and I were there, it was right before closing and we were the last two left in the store and they were up front chit chatting away, dropping F-bombs left and right and making inappropriate jokes about looking like someone’s mom had a failed abortion attempt…. By the time we are checking out they were, at that point, talking about “blowing up” the bathroom. The one who always looks rude and irritated was checking us out, the other girl was just standing there, neither one said ‘hello’, or asked any typical store clerk question like if we had ‘found everything we were looking for’… nope, instead the one looked at the other and asked if we were the last two and then proceeded to hold the door open to rush us out. The rude looking girl goes from just looking the part to now acting the part and acts rudely towards my daughter over extra bags that came up with her shopping back when she picked it up. My daughter didn’t know what to do with them and tried to ask but the girl was like, ‘take them, just take them’… my daughter who is autistic, did not catch the girls irritation and just said she simply didn’t need them and laid them over the rack and then this girl snatched them up and balled them up and pitched them in the trash and looks at my daughter like she’s stupid. I just told my daughter to come on and let’s go, to turn around and see the other girl is still standing there just waiting for us to leave holding the door open, but she’s now on her phone and only holding it partially open, making it to where we have to squeeze past her. So yea….. rude, immature, unprofessional, and inappropriate."

"Best store in the area. The other 2 not so much. The staff here are always super friendly to everyone, tidy and cleaner than the other 2. But they can only do so much with the allowed staff. The company itself overworks and underpays it's employees. Can't blame the staff fully, for the conditions of the stores. The company should be ashamed. I only stop at DG when I'm not feeling great(Lupus) and know what I need is there, because it's close."

"Overall I enjoy going here. The staff is usually nice and friendly and they place is usually clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that it isn’t unusual for them to have a bunch of stocking supplies out on the sales floor, which sometimes block shelves. I don’t think this is the fault of the staff, rather of corporate not giving them the hours needed to work everything."
