"I don’t know what it is with this Kohls but so many of the workers have an attitude problem. Sephora workers are horrible (I left a review a week ago) and had to return back today to return something to the customer service desk and the sharpie that they use on the store credit cards does not dry on them and it smeared all over my white purse. Please train your workers to not treat customers like trash and please pay attention to things like marker not holding on the card."

"The clearance prices at this Kohl's is great! I bought a skirt that was originally $68 for only $15! I love it! Plus they always have like coupons for like twenty percent off. They have a really big parking lot."

"I worked in customer service at this store when it first opened. I had a good experience. It's a shame they no longer give their employees decision making power. I followed instructions on Kohl's cash to sign up for text alerts with promise of 15% off. The Kohl's cash does not say "online only". The POS cashier cut me off repeatedly as I ask questions and explained how I got the text. The Kohl's cash says "use this on your next purchase". She said because I signed up for it today I couldn't use it today. No where does it state that. When I worked at this store the motto "yes we can". Cashiers were given the authority to tap a button and take the 15 or 20 or 30% off by using the Honor system. We were trusted not to abuse it and use our best judgment. It was never worth arguing with a customer and taking the chance of losing their business. The coupons are a dime a dozen. Asinine. Teach employees how to think outside the box."

"I loved it! The employees are great, the cashier's are great! Especially one cashier which I don't know the name of, he is really nice. Give your cashier's a pay raise! Also let them know, I'm the guy who reminded them of the Inter Miami game against FC Cincinnati."
