"My dip always lasts - everyone I’ve had does a great job - utensils are always sanitized"
"I have never wanted to cry during an appointment because such a poor job was being done. The first girl that removed my dip tore up my cuticles. The second lady that applied dip applied it very unevenly. You can see the lumps and bumps. She had to actually fix three different nails while she was working on me. When I scheduled my appointment, I stressed I wanted nail art. I showed her two different pictures as samples of what I wanted. I told her I wanted the open heart and just a couple lines it would be fine if she just got something close to the samples. She couldn’t do the lines so I told her I would settle for the open heart. She couldn’t do that either. She tried multiple times until I asked her just to wipe it off. She finally put four different little hearts on my nails and they look horrible. I just kept telling her it was fine because I wanted to leave. If you want dip powder done, do not go here. I came here because of the very good reviews and pictures of the other nail art. What a waste of $60. The worst part was she knew, it was a bad job."
