"First time trying this salon. Will not be back. I felt that the staff thought they were better than everyone else. Upon entering, I stood in the entryway for a few moments, some stylists looked my way, but no greeting, or we will be right with you. When someone did come to meet me, the lady was very short and rude. The cost was outrageous for a subpar service, my expectations of my haircut were not even close to being met. The lady who did my hair really just rushed through it, she said she had another appointment shortly after me and was running behind. That’s not my problem. I will just stick with Great Clips."

"ALEXIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Don’t just follow the reviews!! This was the first time I went there and I went to Alexis for full highlights on my hair, off course after reading so many reviews about her. But let me tell you she is very unprofessional, she rushed to finish my hair work in less than an hour with maximum 15 strips of foil, because she had another appointment after me. Usually, full highlights in my hair type takes minimum 40 strips of foil work and min 3hrs of work. But, after the wash when I told her, I was dissatisfied and wants to come back to get my hair fix she acted very unprofessional, and she gave me appointment. As I told her that it won’t work for me as I have to watch my kids but she said that is the only time available and I agreed to come on Thursday but again, she marked her calendar Tuesday instead of Thursday and expected me to be there on Tuesday which was not at all a plan and then she asked me to pay a no show penalty of $25 if I want to get my hair fix the next time and never responded to me wanting to come back for a color correction. Very sad that this was considered acceptable behavior by Alexis."
