"If I could rate it lower, I would. The manager, Cara, destroyed my virgin hair. I understand that mistakes happen. But she said she would "do some research", then call me to schedule a time she would correct it. She never called. I called her and we made an appointment. She never even showed up, then called me a week later to tell me my phone doesn't work (it does). I truly doubt she even donated my hair as I requested. Now I have to pay a lot more money so someone else can fix her mistakes. I regret paying her, but I thought to leave without paying was theft."
