"My son was disappointed with his experience. “India” was rude and in a rush to cut his hair. She didn’t want to take the time to listen to his instruction. The cut was okay but the experience was not acceptable."

""Franklin" was my stylist. While he did adecent/okay job with my 5 year old daughter's hair, mine was a different story. I USED TO have very long hair, that went almost down to my butt. I showed him a picture of a haircut that was medium length and went past the shoulders in the back by a good 3-4 inches. The cut also had layers in it. I asked him if he could do that, and he said yes, no problem. When, I was done, my hair was much shorter than the picture I showed him and I am HIGHLY upset that I hardly have any hair & the cut I wanted & what I got are entirely 2 different things. VERY DISAPPOINTED & I spent a LOT of money there today on 2 hair cuts and a product for my hair. Will absolutely NEVER go back & will be telling ALL of my family & friends not to go there as well!!!!!!!!"
