"I recently visited Akron Barber College for the first time to get a haircut and was absolutely blown away! I swear to God it was the best hair cut I've ever gotten in my life. Hard part with a bald fade by a student that goes by the name Mason. Not only was it extremely affordable at $8, but he took his time unlike most barber shops or hair salons ive visited lately. True perfection! truly wish I could have left a bigger tip, but was short on cash, Ill get you next time sir! I highly recommend this joint. Check it out!"
"I've been going to the Akron Barber College since I was a little boy I have never had a bad experience there The Barbers that I've had contact with have done me and my family very well the lead instructor Tim is awesome and the barber that cut my son's hair and my grandson's hair today Carlos he is truly a professional he tended to all of my grandson's need and I really appreciate him he is an asset to the organization and will be a great Barber when visiting the Akron Barber College ask for Carlos"

Being hesitant because it was a barber college and not knowing if the people working there knew how to cut African American style hair, I was put at ease once I was greeted. I want to give great kudos to this place and to the barber who cut my hair, David. He was professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. Best of all, you can't beat the price, $7.00! I wanted to show my appreciation by giving a little extra to that total. Thank you so much and I will return again."
