"So I’ve been into skincare since I was 11 years old. I love the creams and the serums and all the other great potions that are out there and I don’t mind spending a pretty penny on the latest and newest product. I’ve been to many spas and I find them mostly to be all fluff. You’re paying for mostly an image and at the end of your appointment, your face doesn’t feel or look any different. Since I have lots of skincare, I find it better to just do it at home. A few months ago, everything changed. A friend gifted me a gift certificate to her favorite skincare clinic here in Akron. It took me a while to book an appointment but when I finally did, I wasn’t expecting much. Let me say that I am now a client of the Skin Zone and will continue to book monthly appointments. It’s a one woman operation and let me start by saying that Kathy is incredibly knowledgeable about the products she is using and of course, procedure. She tells you what she’s putting on your face and the reason why. Her products are incredible and have the greatest scent ever. I love the smell of herbs and one of the masks she uses has lots of herbs in it. I walk out of there feeling wonderful and my skin looks smoother and more plump and actually looks radiant. You can see the difference. Her place isn’t a showy salon with all the smoke and mirrors. It’s a wonderfully appointed room where she has all the tools and all her amazing products. It’s relaxing and you feel at ease the minute you walk in. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to up their skincare game. You will not be disappointed."
