"Worst experience I’ve had with a stylist. She claimed she could retighten sister locs. Her method was terrible! My retighten has never looked this bad! She palm twisted the back with some loc product. I’ve never had a loc gel/product used in my hair. She was extremely heavy handed and rough with my hair. She stopped doing my hair to start and finish three other clients, when they came in. To top it all off, she tried to charge me $200 for the time spent with me. We discussed and agreed on a price before I made an appointment with her. Not to mention, my first impression wasn’t a pleasant one. She’s not very friendly at all. I would NOT recommend her, for several reasons. Completely dissatisfied with her services. To be clear, I’ve been unhappy with services provided by different businesses before. However, this is the first time I felt the need to leave a review! Some people just don’t possess good business skills. I get it! This was more than that! I literally felt scammed! She screams unprofessional! I literally cried! Not to mention, I know what good business looks like. If the stylist is reading this… Don’t say you can do something, when you KNOW you can’t. Tip: continued education courses!! IJS"

"FELLAS STAY AWAY, THEY MAN HATERS THEY OVERCHARGE MEN. So I needed 6 stitch braids, straight back no weave just my natural hair. I'm a guy and at the time I didn't know proper braid pricing. She charges me $120.00 for that small job, I'm naive and think it's normal. Later my family ask me how much I paid, I tell them and everyone's jaw dropped. They tell me I got ripped off. I'm upset because they took advantage of me and that's not how you run a business. On top of that I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there. They where very off putting and unfriendly. I don't recommend them, shady lady's. Stay away they on some trash."

"Very disappointed and my 12 daughter was so upset about the quality of her hair. Was just getting my daughter's hair braided into 2 braids down the back. First when I walked in no one wanted to say hello or can I help you. then I had an appointment at 12:00 and when I got there they told me I had to wait 45 minutes more for my appointment. They didn't explain what they were going to do or anything like that. Then when it was done the front was uneven and the braids were coming apart and gel was just slapped on my daughter's hair. So $65 later the hairstyle only lasted 2 to 3 days and my daughter got picked on for her hair being done so poorly and this place was supposed to be professional."

"Ose is my go to and she takes good care of my hair. When I started going to see her my hair was no more than 3 inches long from lack of care, now it is shoulder length. She takes such good care of your hair before, during, and after braiding. She is good and I would recommend her to anyone who will listen"
