"This place is very unprofessional, not prepared at all. Late to appointment. Yes they are nice but that doesn’t matter when they are not doing their job correctly when they are getting paid. Over 4 hours for toner not even the permanent color. You can’t even reach this place. Absolutely horrible experience. Wasted money when could have went somewhere that actually did there job. This is for the stylist jaslyn. No hate to this company but this is unreasonable."
