"Just had a cut and tone+gray coverage with Elizabeth. I used to go here in grad school: we looked up my first appointment at this salon and it was 10 years ago, almost to the day! I moved away in 2016 but was happy to be able to come in while in town for work. My time with Elizabeth was fantastic! She was meticulous and super fun to chat with. She also showed me a neat trick to be able to tell if my hair is even. I really appreciated her whole vibe and her respectful honesty. The only thing that I would change if I could is that my salon at home does booking hourly rather than by service, with no tips accepted. It’s nice to be able to have that clarity and transparency upon entering a salon. I hope Eddy’s considers updating to this type of system someday!"
