"I haven't been in awhile, however there was a young girl who used to do my pedicures. She was the sweetest, fun conversations, and mentioned that I had a mole on my toe that I should get checked out. I don't remember her name I wish I did and I wonder if she's still there. This was back in 2014. My pedicures always turned out nice and I also got a wax here. The lady was so professional and made sure I was comfortable."

"I took my daughter to Studio Taylor to get balayage done on her medium-brown hair (see BEFORE pic). My daughter showed the stylist two pictures of what she wanted: dirty blonde hair with varying degrees of blonde highlights that darkened as they led to her natural color at the roots (this is the whole point of balayage; see middle pic). Neither of her example pictures showed solid, bleached WHITE blond hair. But that is what my daughter got (see AFTER pic; her hair looks longer because it was straightened). We went to a salon because we expected professional results. My daughter's hair looked like it had been dipped in bleach. No highlights, no color variation. Just tacky, white-blond hair with dark roots. The next day, we called the salon and spoke with Nancy, the owner, who informed us that we needed to come to the salon so the SAME stylist could fix the problem. Normally I might be OK with this approach, but this mistake was so bad---and my daughter was so upset---that I didn't trust the same stylist to be capable of making it better. I politely asked for our money back, the owner refused. So what could have been a wonderful experience for my daughter has turned into an expensive nightmare."

"I received the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only did they get me in same day, but the service quality was outstanding. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know the woman’s name who did my pedicure, BUT her attention to detail was very appreciated & didn’t go unnoticed. I will absolutely return. Note that there is a 3% charge on credit cards (which I think should be told to the customer when booking an appointment). I also think the salon should carry more neutral nail colors, but that’s my personal opinion. Neither of these things would keep me from returning."

"I had major surgery one week ago and needed some pampering before heading back home (a several hour drive.) On short notice, the girls were able to get me in for a shampoo, blow dry and manicure. Wendy first did the manicure, gently moisturizing and massaging my dry hands and giving the nails a fresh, new look. Then Danielle took over with an awesome shampoo and soothing blow dry. Such good "medicine" after my surgery that has left me very achy and cold during recovery. I didn't feel rushed at all. These "little" things and the professional ladies' gentle, caring personalities show why this business is doing well for 20ish years. They were servicing women of a variety of ages, states of health and cultures. They are a spacious, full service salon with good parking right behind and a nearby short ramp to their rear entrance. The facility was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. I offer them my highest recommendation and would recommend any visitor or post-op person to indulge and get pampered even if you never have done so before. I left there so relaxed, though I hadn't even gotten the facial massage. Great place to go on a cold and rainy day like today."
