"Horrible experience with one of the newer employees, I will never return here after this experience. I asked for a simple graduation, and as someone in cosmology school I expected such a simple cut would be easy but I walked out of there with hair of all lengths in the back of my head and it looked like someone took a weedwacker to my head. I’m beyond upset and had to get it cut severely short to fix what she did. I mentioned I was trans and wanted a more masculine look and she made me look like an old woman, the curls I assume were to hide all the mistakes she made. For what I paid I expected better. It’s honestly unacceptable for someone who has their license. Not to mention the lecturing on what I should and shouldn’t do professionally once I graduate was severely unprofessional. I would ask for a refund if possible but on the website it doesn’t mention if that’s a option."

That Place Is A Good Place To Get Your Hair Cut Or Wash/Style and It Always Clean. All The Hairdressers There Are Amazing Noone Never Disrespectful."

"Been going to this location for years. Never had issues at all. And I’m certainly not one to complain, but this was a rough experience to say the least. Usually I’m satisfied with my cut. Went in for a men’s trim and a new girl cut my hair. I felt really bad as it was obvious from the start she didn’t know what she was doing. I tried walking her through it and was as nice as I could be. After about 50 mins (should of been a 15 min trim) I had to say it was fine and told her not to worry and she was very sweet and apologetic. I honestly felt bad for her as she’s not ready to be cutting people’s hair. Really it’s managments’ fault for hiring someone who isn’t skilled or ready to cut hair. Perhaps they have staffing issues. Unfortunately, I will more than likely not be coming back."
