"I don’t remember the last time I’ve done a review, I’m not that kind of person. But this is my first time I’ve come here and it is my last. I heard the girls say the wax was way too hot and still continued to use it. She was very rough with my skin. I now have a scar on my eyebrow from her doing it. Not to mention she was 15 minutes late. I’ve heard she’s hurt other people in the past and has a hard time addressing it. I think she goes by starr."
"This is my third and last time coming to this hair salon. The first 2 times, they did a decent job, I was happy. Third time, the girl did a sloppy job. I only needed a trim> I have short hair, long on top. I left with sides and back uneven. The top was blow-dried and not styled right. I got home crying! Calling another hairstylist to please see me later today or tomorrow to see if this mess is fixable. The place is nice for people that have straight hair. If your hair is curly, or coarse, do not go there. They do not know how to do a fade or trim hair correctly. I had so much hope in this place since the stylist that used to do my hair moved. Now I'm in search for new stylist and starting my year with my hair destroyed! They don't talk to you, so you feel like you're not even welcomed in there."
"Absolutely love this place, I was able to get my hair styled & colored by a TRUE beautician. Marianna is the truth, if you need a cut, be sure to ask for her when scheduling a appointment. Nice atmosphere as well, this is definitely a great salon ☺"
