"Horrible and disrespectful experience. I reached out to the lash tech (@ esty4short) to book a full set. I have her serveral days of availability, and she chose Friday (today). Before I booked/she chose that day, I explained Friday morning was good but I had to be done by 11:15 to get to work ( I am a Retail Sales Manager, by job does not allow for tardiness). She assured me my appointment would be at 9 am sharp, and time wouldn’t be an issue (I also have a 25+ minute commute from the salon to my job, and factored that into my schedule), paid my deposit, and got the confirmation text for Friday at 9 am. She texted me 9…yes, 9 minutes before my appointment started to attempt to reschedule for 9:45….and I was already at the salon waiting in the parking lot. She assured me she’d be there no later than 9:15. I’ve had my lashes done before…I am also an esthetician and nail tech….so I know how long a full set of lashes takes, and she did not have enough time to do quality work and keep the schedule we discussed….when I left the salon, it was 9:20, and I was walking out, she was walking in. I was scammed out of a deposit, and my time was handled carelessly. Please do not waste your time with this woman or this salon."
