"Staff in store and also on the customer service line was not friendly and definitely did not care to help. Customer service is lacking!! I bought shoes from this place for the first time ever, my son wanted to keep the same shoes I ordered but get a size smaller. Since I ordered them a couple days before on sale I was told they cannot do an even exchange because it isn't something they carry in the store. I can exchange them but I would have to pay the current online price which 4 days later was $30 more. Say what?? This is not a normal exchange, remind you I had the receipt, original box etc. simply just needed a smaller size. The associate told me they have to pay ups to ship, yes I get that it is part of owning a Bussiness. She looked at me like even exchange is not a thing. Needless to say I will not be returning, lack of customer service, store was messy. Go to another shoe store where they want your sale!"

"Walked in to both the store receptionists having a conversation which didn't stop even after I said hello. Stuff was everywhere all over the floor, shoes, shoe boxes, the paper that separates the shoes, nothing was organized, boxes were just jammed on the shelf. Didn't see what I was looking for so went up to ask and they are still talking, one of their daughters (I assume she was maybe 9 or 10) had to interrupt their conversation to show me I was standing there. I asked if they carried water shoes and my response was a quick "no, not for men" unto which she turned around and continued her conversation. So no, I don't recommend this store to anyone and I certainly won't be back."
"I went looking for new work shoes. I work in restaurant so I need good support and cushion. I asked if they had anything, the girl recommended a few brands. None had the cushion advertised. Every shoe I tried on felt cheaply made. Was very disappointed to leave the store with no shoes."
