"So I switch between a few different Maurice’s. This particular Maurice’s I probably won’t be returning back to. I do love Renee who works here! I had a return and the last couple of times I’ve gone here, the other two girls seemed annoyed I was returning. I apologized but prior to the girls at the other Maurice’s location told me the online returns don’t count against them. The ladies here even told me to go to Stow or Macedonia Maurice’s to return. Seems wrong to me and the one girl I see there with short brown hair, a little bit in the shorter side, a bit older always seems annoyed to be helping with my returns. Not sure if the return policy changed but just sad they seemed annoyed."

"I have liked Maurices for several years. I mostly shop the sales or clearance. The quality of clothing for the price has gone down but they have a lot of styles I like. I'll check it out at the beginning of a new season then wait for a sale. Don't like spending full price. Hard for me to find a store that suits me."
"I go to Maurices probably twice a month. I can not tell you how superb the staff if. Anita, Renee, and Alora have been outstanding in their professionalism and courtesy. Special people who work there. The clothing is great quality for the price. I can't say enough about the experience I have each time I go there. Love this place!"
"Kohl's quality but less sales, the clearance wasn't impressive. One pull over shirt is $40.00 like I said on par with Kohls pricing but how long before said shirt is on sale? Very clean and organized store, employees friendly and helpful. Just too bad about the over priced items."
