"Online ordering was simple and easy, and used my cellphone to check in at the store using my check in email to log in and retrieve my item. Then I shopped/bought amazing clearance deals inside the store. I forgot the Kohl's charge at home and the cashier looked up my card for me by me providing my Driver Lc and keying in my SS number. Cashier was super helpful and friendly."

"The store has less product in it than it used to. Not thrilled with the Sephora area. Also not pleased with the checkouts being all the way down on one end. If you come in the customer service side entrance, and then shop...you have to walk all the way to the other side to check out. Amazon drop off/returns spot is convenient. Most employees have been friendly."
