"This store has repaired my shoes satisfactorily for years. Unfortunately, the quality of the repair has been awful lately. I took a pair of shoes to repair the heels. I was stunned to observe the repair was like it was when I took the shoes there. When I told the lady at the front desk, I was very disappointed in the repair, she smiled and charged me the full repair price without hesitation. About 3 weeks ago, I took a belt that needed an extra hole. They cut the hole but slightly damaged the leather around the hole. No apology, just pay the repair which I did rather than argue. Don't take your repairs to this shoe store. I wish I hadn't and wont again."

"Overly priced for children dresses. Never heard of a dry cleaning establishment not providing customer with total/ estimate of garment before leaving. I see why, they don’t disclose that information because there customers will not return. Small girl dresses over $70 and they did not wash/deodorize under the armpits. Totally not satisfied, but since I moved to the Dayton area a lot of dry cleaning companies do not wash the garments, they just press shirts/dresses etc with stain/dirt on them. No points for the dry cleaning services in this area. Get an estimate of pricing before hand."

"I found Strehle's after trying a couple different cleaners in the area that I wasn't very happy with. This place does a fantastic job getting my work shirts clean. Collars are tough to get fully clean and I haven't had one come back that I wasn't happy with. Also I went in once looking for advice and supplies on shoe polishing, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got me some for each color of shoe, even the different shades of brown. Definitely going to continue coming here"
