"If i could give zero stars i would. My daughter (3) was picked on here by a few different kids. When i approached staff about this on multiple occasions they always had 'no idea' about how my daughter was getting some pretty serious bruises. A bruise on her face and a very large bruise on her back were the biggest concern. When i spoke with the co-owners 'Mr. Tom' was extremely unprofessional, unwilling to be accountable for his staff and essentially told me my 3yo was lying because 'kids just say things to say it'. He also told me that anywhere i go this is what will happen. "This is childcare" is the words he used. He was aggressive and loud when i spoke to him on the phone, refused to call my husband and tell him any of this. His co-owner Latasha on the other hand was very professional and kind when we spoke with her about out concerns and genuinely made an effort to look into the camera footage. Shes the only one who should be running that place. Employees on their phones and yelling at kids. Also cant be relied on to be accountable if your child gets hurt. Dont send your kids here."
