"My 18 month old son has been attached and bitten on numerous occasions buy the same child who is older then my child under the care of Kozmic Korners careless staff. After the 5th incident report in a month and a half for being bitten. I choose to call the Akron Sheriff's department and have them meet me at the daycare center to mediate the sitauion since they have yet to remove the aggressive student around my child, refuse to suspend the child for behavior issues, or set up and parent teacher conference with both parents to figure out a solution. Upon my arrival to meet the officers Mrs.Jenna the night director threatens to call the police on me because I told her I would like to speak with the child's parent and that I would wait until she arrives and the officer. When they arrived the questioned the procedure of the daycare and what precautions have been taken to prevent my some from having nymore incidences she was not able to provide any information to them to the point where the sherrifs we're completely on my side and my husband's side. After taking to the sheriff's and then Mrs.Jenna call the owners Barbara J. Hanna and her daughter co-owner Kim they informed us that they will nolonger provide service to my children because of my complaint to a higher power. Need I remind that I pay a weekly copay every week on Monday that is to cover my children for the entire week of care and also a yearly registration fee that is to cover their enrollment for the year. Well that registration fee that was suppose to be cover my children was just paid in September of 2018 and the copay that was paid this week will not be refunded when the owners and director are choosing to terminate our services at their own will with no cause."
