The people at the front desk don’t seem to be trained as well as in the past. They don’t answer the phone with a smile and it seems like it’s more of a chore for them. I have been a client with her club for over 30 years and I would be very concerned if my stylist Terry in Fort Meyers, or my stylist, Michelle, in Cincinnati, would ever retire.
