"Beware of bloody SNS and gel top coat. .....Long review and venting alert.... I've been before because it's really convenient but never again. I asked for my cuticles to be cut before he started the SNS. He said 'after' and I requested he do it 'before' so that after they are pushed back and cut, there isn't a big gap. He huffed and puffed but cut them. I noticed he was annoyed and being rough but I'm tender when it comes to hair, as well as people being rough on nails as well, so I ignored it and watched tv. I would have left but I'm going on vacation and don't have a lot of time. Then came the stinging. After he does all the dipping and is applying the seal coat on the SNS, I realized he cut me while doing my cuticles and had been dipping my bloody nail the whole time. No apology or puting on the anti bleed stuff. But now the dipping is over. I wash my hands and dry them and fresh blood appears, he proceeds to wipe the blood off inadequately and applies the top coat. They use Gel for the top coat instead of the proper sns top coat. So now the dipping is contaminated as well as the gel. And now I have blood sealed onto my light colored nail. I have had a long day at this point and am in disbelief. He has eyes so I know he saw the blood. He tried to bring out the oil and glue or blood clotting stuff at the end but I was over it at that point. He clearly saw the blood like I did and continued business as usual so I'm going to have to assume this is their normal practice. Long story long, I won't be back."

"I have been going to Snow Nails for about 5 years now. The people who complain about this shop mostly complain about the time they have to wait. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment! I make an appointment after getting my nails done, for my next time I’ll be coming in. The price is on point, I’ve had experience with every nail tech and I’ve never had a bad experience! Van is amazing and going in there is like being with family. They are always super busy! Please have patience with them! GOOD nails take time! I’ve never had issues with nails falling off. This is the only salon I trust!"
