She was so helpful and pulled three different sizes in multiple shoes for me to make sure I would have the best fit. She even helped me figure out how to search the website to make sure I was getting the right pair of shoes I had tried on in store. She deserves a raise!"

"I can’t believe there aren’t at least a thousand reviews here for El. You need to go in and work with them. El is fantastic! As someone who has worked in retail since they were 15 (now 23), I can say wholeheartedly that they are the best person I have ever received assistance from in any store, ever. El approached me and started a conversation that immediately sparked trust as a client/advisor relationship and it felt just like shopping with your best friend from that moment on. They were completely supportive and understanding of my indecision and made not one but FOUR flawless recommendations. They took their time with me and really made me feel seen and appreciated while I spent time shopping and trying on each pair of shoes. I’ve never had someone hype me up like they did when I was trying each pair on, and it was completely genuine. I hadn’t even told them, but I was just stopping in to browse and wasn’t even planning a purchase but I left with two pairs of shoes, a pair of socks, shoe care, and a purse. El even took the time to not only get to know me and my style, but my partner’s as well and made an absolutely perfect recommendation for a first pair of Doc’s for me to take home and surprise my partner with (and they were spot on, he is in love with these boots!). It’s seldom you can find a product for a person who isn’t present, but El exceeded that. Make sure you stop by and say hi to El and I’m sure you’ll leave feeling like a million bucks :)"
