"Absolutely, positively the worst customer service I have encountered for a retail store and that’s saying something. Ordered a pair of J’s for my son for Christmas and paid online to pick them up same day; didn’t get an email and was not contacted by anyone from Dick’s, so I did the hard work and called customer service several times only to finally be told by the store they didn’t have the shoes (even though I had a confirmed order). The best part is I called 4 different customer service associates who all claimed they couldn’t release the hold on my credit card because the order couldn’t be canceled (???) and the last associate I spoke with “promised” to call me back (never happened) to verify that he released the hold on my card. I have never had this much trouble with ordering and I have never been ignored or passed off onto other customer service associates like I was with Dick’s. @dickssportinggoods refuses to make it right, so I will no longer shop at this retailer and I promise I will make sure everyone on and offline knows how exceptionally terrible this company treats customers. If you do something wrong, you make it right, or I make it a mission to constantly post bad reviews until it is made right. Merry Christmas!"
