He also showed me the best way to remove and reinstall the front panel. I think it would be very helpful for new spa owners if Andrew could record a "how to and spa basics" video for buyers to access. He was very nice and professional."

I thought the leak was a worn out pump, which would have probably been a $500+ repair job, but it was just a cracked nibble off the pump.
