"While the staff was nice with helping us figure out balancing our spa, the products they sell are half full. We bought a 5lb bucket of shock, didn't think about how light it was....needed to finally use it today, and out of curiousty it was not even half full. I then weighed the other products we bought and the ph down (used a total 5 tablespoons so far) has less than a 1/4 remaining. When they delivered, they gave us half full bottles of shock and granulated chlorine as well. Not too mention the delivery guys scratched the hell out of our stamped colored patio when trying to position the hottub. Mentioned the scratches to them and they said they would relay...never did. While we are happy with our spa....definitely not happy with the quality of delivery and ripping off on products."

"They wanna sell these spas but not service them. I bought this tub at one of their "blow out sales." Then had a terrible experience with them installing it. They provided zero guidance on how to use it. They provide terrible service. I wound up paying an out of area company to drive hours here for them to fix my tub in 20 minutes. Whereas after trying to charge me for 2.5 hours of labor at $75/hr and $120 to drive 15 minutes down the road, they couldn't/wouldn't fix, tried to blame my electrician and threatened to cancel my warranty. Then the people there cop attitudes and are rude. Save money and hastle and go to mossing pools and spas."

"I have a master spa, and love it, that I bought at a blowout sale 6 years ago. However the top deteriorated so I purchased a new one for $700. When I got it home and opened the box it was all moldy. Box was dry but looked water damaged when I picked up and I ask about it and was told it was fine. A few days later they did replace it."

"I recently got a twilight series 7.2 spa. Only descent thing I can say about it, is it works... other than that extremely over priced for the master spa name. Went to a hot tub dealer by my house, seen hot tubs way cheaper and every feature was better.. more jets, surround sound music, awsome display. 100x better and it was $1,000 cheaper.. kinda upset I got this master spa without shopping around. Make sure you shop around first.. there is alot better out there for way cheaper."

"UPDATE: The delivery men were amazing! They answered all of our questions and helped us feel more comfortable about being first time hot tub owners! They all were so nice and had a good sense of humor! When we asked what we should do with it in the summer, because we were thinking we wouldn't use it, they laughed and told us to make it a cold tub! I loved that because I didn't even realize that was a thing! Thank you all so much! I will recommend you to anyone and everyone! Jessica was amazing! She helped us purchase our very first hot tub! We knew nothing about the maintenance or how to care for one and she explained everything to us. It's much easier than we were expecting. We were a little hesitant about the price, it was over our budget, but when we found out it included everything (steps, filters, shock treatment and cover) we decided to go for it! We had to pay with multiple cards and cash and she was so understanding. Even went above and beyond and said we could do a Venmo transaction to make it easier! Unfortunately, that didn't work either because of our bank, but we will be able to call and make the final payment soon. We ordered the hot tub on Saturday, March 20th and it will be delivered to us Tuesday, March 23rd!! Which is basically impossible when you try to buy from other places and the competitors are more expensive! I'm so excited to work with them since they service and help if something goes wrong! I was going to wait until they delivered the hot tub, but I'm too excited to give them this review and will update it once it's delivered. Thank you so much Jessica!"
