"If I could give 0 stars...I would. I went in for a push up bra...being a little more curvy than some I was hoping to find something a little larger...like advertised in the store. When I arrived they have no sizes larger than a 38. When asked if I needed help I explained my size and pain when wearing certain styles of bra that I wanted to avoid. The associate then started measuring me on the floor (very embarassing) and was squeezing me so tight, almost to fit into their idea of my size and arguing with me over my size. She proceeded to state she can take me to a room to try on a size that I wasnt even measuring at. She went and got another associated who argued with me about my size and stated i should be in a size 2 steps down and a completely different cup size. When that didnt fit she stated "well we have bra extenders to help our bras fit". Im sorry? Did you just tell me, knowing I am slightly curvy, that I would need an extender...when I tried to tell you my true size from the get go. I ended up going over to Soma bra and had an amazing experience where they didnt question or shame me for my size. I will NEVER got back to this store and I would like to caution any woman who doesnt fit into VS "acceptable sizes" to avoid this store and franchise."

"Went here on this past Friday for the semi-annual sale and not to much left. I couldn't find any bras or underwear that where on sale really, still high priced. I did buy some body sprays and scrub but that is it. The reason for the one star is because the employees are not helpful nor did they ever ask if I need any help which is bad service. The girl that rang me up told me to take my stuff out of the bad kind of rudely, bath and body and a lot of other stores do that for you because of covid but not here. Just bad employees."

"3 Stars for the location and staff store was clean the lady that worked with me was very professional and nice but the others on the floor didnt ask if I needed help etc. They dont have as much selection as Franklin Park unfortunately cause I prefer this location as it is more convenient. Just be sure you dont have to deal with the 1800 number for customer service they are absolutely horrible. If I had to rate then I would say -5stars aka minus stars the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I place orders and they cancel them and my bank tells me no issues on their end so I drive to this store and get gift cards so I could save my order from cancellation and then had to spend 6 hrs on the chat as their phone line was down and at end of conversation I was told that it was all set and o would get shipment info in the morning . Instead I get another cancellation when I paid with a gift card an these were the missing pieces to outfits I have the tops or the bottoms to that now are sold out and were not available at the store. Then I was transferred to verification dept when I called about this being cancelled again and this woman told me that they can cancel any orders they please and at their discretion and they have ultimate say so over the supervisor who completed my order online and price adjusted it and then told me he was taking care of the price difference for my trouble. So again 6hrs wasted told I would have items on 26th etc etc and now I am stuck with $300.00in gift cards I cannot use cause orders continually getting cancelled by verification dept like it's a game to them. Very very unsatisfactory considering I was a loyal customer and all of the money I spent here."

"All your lingerie needs and all your Pink brand items that you've come to love. Staff are friendly and eager to help meet all your needs and point you in the right direction. Whether you are looking for an item from their clothing line, lingerie, perfumes or make up they will exceed your every expectation. Being in the mall you are working walking distance from so many shops and restaurants, and it makes for a wonderful afternoon out. Calling ahead to find out if they have what you need might be smart if it's a hard to find it an unusual size. I love my Pink items and I'm glad there is a shop to stop in and check them and out."
