"Update 1/4/24 Wow I am impressed! I was able to connect with the S+L team and was truly heard. The team listened to my concerns and why I was upset about my hair. They were so understanding and really wanted to make it better! Something I didn’t know was that their stylist have levels so I needed to ask for a level 4 next time! I was able to go back in today and get my hair corrected. I love how it looks (even though it’s still shorter than I would hope) now and I feel so much more confident with it! I truly can’t thank the S+L team enough for their care and consideration! 1/2/24 I had a really bad experience here. I told Bailey “I have worked super hard on my length, do not cut it.” At the end she casually told me she took an entire inch!!! Never asked me about it or told me that’s what she was doing. I’m truly shocked and now am leaving extremely unhappy. I also didn’t even get my hair styled? Just blow dry and paid. Really unfortunate. I’ve been working on growing out my hair for so long now I’m an entire inch back."
