"Called Ulta yesterday to see if I needed an appointment to have my makeup done. They told me no that Yvette would be there today. I went in with my old makeup and ready for anew session and they had sent her home for the day and did not have another person that could help me. Store is not managed well. Won't go back."

"I had an unpleasant experience while wanting to purchase cologne from the fragrance dept. The young lady who assisted me , held on to the product while stating that she had to escort me to the front. I have purchased fragrances from here on numerous occasions and now I am told that I need a watchdog to assure that the product will make it up to the front safely? I felt insulted as I relayed my experience to the cashier as she explained to me that their policy has changed. If the policy has changed it needs to be posted for ALL customers to see in the fragrance dept. so that others like myself will not feel profiled in the future."

"Horrible experience. Booked with Tamara online .quoted incorrect. She had no clue what she was doing. Shirt was soaking wet after wash.1.5 hours into getting hair done had only completed root touch up. She disappeared into the back. Manager came out to advise she was new and frazzled. Do not recommend this location at all . Ultimately left without getting hair completed."
