"Stylist was very unprofessional, and pretty much admitted she had no idea what she was doing. She told my husband “Yeah I’m not very good at blending” after she had already started his hair. Another lady came over to salvage what she messed up, but the haircut still looks ridiculous. If you don’t know how to do the job, you really shouldn’t be touching anyone’s hair."

"Store turned off online check-in before 6:15pm. When I arrived at 6:26 (they close at 7) they were turning away somebody in front of me, stating that they couldn't take anymore customers after 6:30. They asked if I had checked in online and when I said no because it wasn't available, they said it shuts down at 6:30, meaning it should have been fine. But they used something internally to turn it off early due to "high customer volume" even though there were only 2 customers in the store. Complete waste of my time, energy, and gas to drive there. I won't be coming back."

"First time going to this branch and definitely my last. I went in for a simple buzz cut but the stylist equipment was way to sharp and cut me up badly. She used her long hair clippers on my neck instead of a small buzzer like most places would use. I have never in my life had cuts like this on my neck from a clipper. The lady that did my hair needs to use proper equipment, This is simply unacceptable."
