"Very upset with my experience here. I’m never one to really leave reviews but I’m genuinely so upset with how my experience was. I am pregnant and wanted to relax, my lady was so aggressive with my pedicure. I was super uncomfortable, it felt really rushed, my toes were sore the day after. I am now having to have surgery on my toe due to an infection and severe ingrown toenail. I’ve always loved this place, but will not be returning."

"Worse nails I’ve ever gotten. I am so mad at myself for not going back immediately to get these fixed. I should have known better then to stop on my way home as i don’t live I. The area. The shape is terrible, they are very thick and even bulbous at the ends. There was “ nail polish” running on one side of my ring finger. After trying several times to remove, he told me it would come off with shampoo. This morning,,, two of the nails had like “air pockets” under the polish. If you push on them they are like putty. One actually “burst” open and the polish just kind of peeled off. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get them completely re-done. And the spot that he said would come off with shampoo… still there. Total waste of money!!"

"Staff is nice but I recommend Manicures only here, multiple bad experiences with Pedicures. This last visit the tech cut a huge piece of my nail off on one of my big toes leaving a very noticeable gap. No ingrown nail, no reason for it. Paint on other big nail looks messy. Can paint them better myself. Should have probably complained but decided to just pay and not use again for pedicures."

"I previously gave a 3 star rating 2 years ago. Now I'm going back again. Because I live in harrison and I don't have to drive far. Luckily I do because I see Andrew and my daughter sees Lily bow. Both do a great job and we're very pleased with their service every time we go. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my nails and Andrew does a perfect job every time. He also is able to do acrylic and he does the natural, so they're not too thick."

"I just got basic acrylic french tip but I love them. I've went to this place for 10 plus years and have never had a complaint. They always do a great job! Anyone I take there has many complaints about other salons then loves this place and it becomes their new spot!"
